Draw another circle interlinking the first one. Smaller one than the first.
Erase the extra lines inside the first circle.
Draw another big one interlinking first and second circles.
Erase the extra lines.

When it comes to the end, start drawing oval shapes. Reduce the sizes gradually to give a finish.
Keep a big dot in the middle of the first circle to form the nose.
Put a curvy smile below the nose.

Put some spiral lines on the top of the first circle.
